No Refunds for Digital Products

AlterGeo provides digital subscription services. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
• No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.

In exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate charges or technical errors on our part), please contact us at vani23536@gmail.com. We will review each case individually.

Free Trial

We offer a Free plan that allows you to try our core features before subscribing. We encourage you to fully evaluate the service using the Free plan before making a purchase.

数字产品不予退款

AlterGeo 提供数字订阅服务。由于数字产品的特殊性质，所有购买均为最终销售，不予退款。 订阅一旦激活，我们将无法提供退款、换货或积分补偿。

取消订阅

您可以随时取消订阅。取消后：

• 您的订阅将保持有效直到当前计费周期结束。
• 后续计费周期将不会向您收费。
• 未使用的订阅时间不提供部分或按比例退款。
